Issue converting Word docs to PDF

I have used Acrobat 9 for a long while to convert Word documents to PDF files to send to clients.  The process I use is to open the Word doc and then print it to Acrobat and it has always worked well.  Yesterday, I modified a contract that I had previously used for another client (and previously printed as a PDF file without issue) and tried to print it to Acrobat.  I was not able to print it as a PDF and received a Notepad log file.

The log file mentions a font issue, but the font it mentions does not exist in the document.  In fact, I've highlighted the entire document and changed the font to Times New Roman just to be sure that I had not missed something.

Also, Acrobat is still printing other files just fine.

A bit of additional info - no updates are available, using a Windows 10 64-bit system.

Any suggestions?  Thanks so much!
