Issue in Converting pdf to word

Hello

I have been a paid subscriber for a few years and never had a problem converting pdf's to word or excel until now. Over the last week or two each time I try to convert a pdf if brings up the error message "An error occurred while trying to access the service", with no further details. I have checked that I am logged in, and can't find any suggestions in the help section.

Can anyone assist?
