Issue in downloading Acrobat DC trial

I am trying to download the free trial of Adobe Acrobat DC. It says it is downloading, but nothing is happening.

If you are on Windows, then try to run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart your system. Then install the trial version from the link provided above.
