Issue in exporting PDF

Lately, when I am needing to convert my documents to word, excel, etc. I am unable to complete the task. Adobe simply will not complete the task. My subscription is current and this wastes huge amounts of time. Any quick fixes or solutions?

- Reader version you are using? Also update to the latest version form Help-> Check for Updates

- OS of your machine?

- Are you able to convert using the online service from cloud.acrobat.com?

- Please share with us the error message you see
