Issue in installing Adobe Acrobat DC Pro

Let us know if you are still experiencing the same problem.

However, once you have redeemed your subscription under your Adobe account then you don't have to redeem it again for the 2nd installation.

You just need to download it again as it has already been registered to your Adobe account.

Please ensure that during installation you are signed in using the correct Adobe i.d under which you have redeemed the code.

It seems that you have redeemed your membership under a different i.d than what you have used to register on forums.

Also, refer to Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X to download the Acrobat DC if you haven't downloaded yet.
