Issue with duplex priniting

I have an issue in Windows 10 with Acrobat PRO DC version 15.006 and Acrobat Reader DC version 2015.017 and the Brother HL-2270DW printer. No option for duplex or double sided printing available. Any other application (Word, Excel, Edge etc.) allows to print double-sided. The latest version of Brother printer driver is installed.

Hi amark1001,

If the printer has option for duplex printing, you will get the option in the print dialogue box. Once you select the required printer name from the drop down list of Printer, "Print on both sides of Paper" option will appear in the dialogue box as shown in the screenshot below.

Try "Repair installation" under Help menu in application.

If that does not help, try uninstalling application using cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart your device.

Then re-install it from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

I have this same issue.  Cleaner and reinstall did not seem to fix it.  It's maddening that I am having to use so much paper!  In the layout, there is no option for duplex.  All I have is the ability to select portrait or landscape -- nothing else below it.  The printer is absolutely able to do duplex printing.  This is an adobe issue.
