Issues with downloading Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial version

Hi,

My download always seems to cut off at 18% and I get the error message 'Acrobat installer encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again, if it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'

Could someone please help me with this?

I was unable to download Acrobat Pro DC free trial.  Tried on two different computers - both Macs.  Message says unable to download.  What do you suggest I do to get the program to download?
