Issues with downloading Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial version

Hi,My download always seems to cut off at 18% and I get the error message 'Acrobat installer encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again, if it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'Could someone please help me with this?Thank you.

Tried on two different computers - both Macs. Message says unable to download. What do you suggest I do to get the program to download?Could you please let me which operating system you have- Windows/Mac?
