Issues with set destination

I have a long document with several bulletpoints in it.  I am bookmarking the bulletpoints, and would like to have the reader land directly on the bulletpoint, when the bookmark is clicked.  However, some of the bookmarks are at the bottom of the page, and I can only set destination about half way down the page.  Is there anyway to override this, so I can set bookmarks all the way to the bottom?
