Why won't the product work when I have already paid for it?  Why does it keep sending me to a link to pay for a product that I have already paid for?  Why can't I just use the product that you have sold to me?

There is no download, the PDF Pack is a set of online services that you use by uploading your files and performing some action on them. You then download the output file. You either do that manually, or with software like the free Adobe Reader or the mobile version of Reader.

I have the same problem. I paid for Adobe PDF Pack but there is no link to download it. So why does it keep sending me to a link to pay for a product that I have already paid for?

‌Install and use Adobe Acrobat, don't use Acrobat Reader.
