Ok, so this is a LiveCycle Designer format and is using loadXML in JavaScript.

But I see a contradiction in your posts:

"My pdf form doesn't use java function .loadXML() in my pdf form"

" i delete function .loadXML() in the form , the form can working normal"

Which is it?

Also, I asked whether you had checked the JavaScript console for messages. ?

Ok, Sorry for my communication, I mean "can not use"

And don't have any javascript console messages when i use function the form stopped working (Screen freezes)

There’s no Java in a PDF so I guess my first question is whether you’ve checked in the JavsScript Console for messages?

My PDF Form is Dynamic Form, I make it by adobe livecycle designer, in form i add function .loadXML() in form script. After I took debug form, i assamed the problem comes from java function .loadXML() not working on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2019.008.20071 because i delete function .loadXML() in the form , the form can working normal
