Can anyone take a look at this and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'll admit, I am an extreme novice when it comes to this, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

Small tip: In the future, please post your code as text, not as an image. It makes it much easier to debug and find out what the issue is.
