Java Script Programmer for Adobe Acrobat DC - any suggestions?

I have created a bunch of forms, but now I want to make the forms to become "smarter", I am assuming in order to do so I need to hire someone that knows JavaScript. 

By smarter - one example - if someone says YES to a particular question, I want the form to jump to another place of the form automatically. 

Another example - the forms require them to type in their name a bunch of times, I want them to type it in one time and the other fields will prepopulate with their name auto. 

I would prefer someone in the United States.
