Keeping source formatting when exporting

Hi,

Im trying to export my PDF to word and keep the design work that i have done, however i keep losing it.

Is there a way or another programme that can be used to keep thr formatting?

Im deisgning in Indesign, coverting to PDF and want to convert to word to add in some dynamic scripting but keep my design....

Any thoughts?
