Keystroke way to create named destinations?

I'm trying to use a macro recording and executing tool to automate adding a bunch of named destinations to a .pdf document.

I know how to add a named destination manually using the mouse.

Ideally, I'd like to use keystroke combinations to do the creation of named destination task rather than mouse clicks.

I can't find or figure out a way to do this.
If there isn't a already-setup way to do it, is it possible to create my own keystroke combination to create a new named destination that I could use with the macro recorder?
