Latest update for windows 10 - adobe now not working :-(

My computer has automatically downloaded the latest windows 10 update and now I can't get Adobe Acrobat to work. It loads up and scans in documents but if I click on the save icon or file, save as it just comes up with a white box and gets stuck.

I have tried "repair installation" but this hasn't done anything.
