Licence adobe pro pré-installé sur un PC neuf

Bonjour

mon oncle a acheté un PC neuf Sony sur lequel était pré-installé le logiciel adobe pro. Suite à l''arrivée de Windows 10, j'ai complètement formaté le PC pour le lui installer.

Je voudrais lui ré-installer adobe pro mais impossible de retrouver la licence (elle n'est pas renseignée sur la facture). Serait il possible de me fournir la licence. J'ai contacté Sony en leur expliquant mon problème mais ils refusent de me fournir la licence. En effet celle qu'ils utilisent pour faire leurs pré-installation sur les PC qu'ils vendent étant une licence permettant d'installer adobe pro sur de nombreux postes.

I have the same problem : Vaio Sony bought in 2011 with adobe acrobat 9 standard. I paid the licence to Sony, I have the invoice. The Vaio is dead, I wantto install Acrobat on my new PC but I cannot . I already paida lot for this licence , I do not want to pay twice. What is the solution to get the licence ? Thank you in advance Adobe for your answer

again, you need to contact sony for the installation files. if that's not possible, then it's not possible to solve your problem.

adobe freely makes available single user installation files but sony probably didn't use single user licenses as part of their promo so your serial number probably won't work with the adobe installation files, but you can try:

Thank you for your quick answer.
This is a joke , I did not bought a so called "promo" adobe software from Sony. I paid 600 EUR for a regular adobe acrobat on my PC and now I would not be able to use it anymore !
We do not thank Sony and Adobe to make deals which put the customers in a mess.
