I have downloaded and installed Adobe Pro, but I am unable to open pdf's on my computer and it is telling me that it is verifying my license. Then it tells me it doesn't recognize my email and directs me to my account, where it verifies I do have the account. Can anyone advise?

Try to perform the steps which are given in this link: Activate and deactivate Adobe products .
