Licencing on Terminal Server

Hi.  We have an application that runs on a PC that accesses the Acrobat object model to execute some code to manage pdfs on the PC.  We want to put this on a Terminal Server, which will be used by up to six people at any one time.  I don't know what the licencing arrangements are for Terminal Server, I rang Sales, they said its Enterprise, they said its Support and finally they said 'we will call you back today', but didn't.  The actual product is never opened by the users, we just want to access the object model programmatically. Help appreciated.

The EULA doesn't allow it. For a special license you need to speak with Adobe... We can't really help you with that.

Hi

Can you help me with a contact?  If you follow the website you end up here

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=APRO-APAP-APCC-ACRO-CPDF-ECHP-acrobat_deciding-what-to-buy_stillNeedHelp

which says 'There is no phone support for this' and the only option is to use the Forum.  I am unable to find an email address anywhere.

Thanks

Steve
