License issue

It started with getting license revoked message when I attempted to use Acrobat. Adobe had me download and install the suite, now when I enter the license information off the my package I get the red X for invalid License. How do I proceed from this point?

I do not get to that point. I start the application it immediately asks for the serial number, I type in the serial number from the package, I then get the invalid serial number message. I logged validated the serial number on my account and also noticed I had registered CS5.5, However, I cannot find the disk nor a method to download CS5.5. What next?
