Limited Functionality Customize Quick Toolbar

It doesn't seem possible to add any of the Fill & Sign tools (text, check mark, add signature) to the Quick Toolbar that I can customize.  Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or is there a work around where there are not limits to what can be added to the Quick Toolbar?

It works fine for me. Right-click on the Quick Tools toolbar and choose Customize Quick Tools. Choose which tools you want and add them to the list. The form tools you mentioned are in the "Prepare Form" twirl down.

Oddly, the quick Tools have the ability to be either shown or hidden. So if yours aren't showing, right click on the Quick Tools toolbar and choose "Show Quick Tools."

Then they will appear. The contextual menu now changes to "Hide Quick Tools."

We should all beware that U.S.  IRS forms are created using LiveCycle and password protecdtion so it might not be possible to Prepare the Form in Acrobat. Also the Acrobat methods for signing are not approved for use by the U.S. IRS.

"Fill & Sign" tools are different from the "Prepare Form" tools.
