Linked single-line text fields that allow text to flow from one to the next?

I am creating a digital PDF form, and I'd like to have a multi-line text field that matches the lines on my existing PDF. No, I don't want just a single multi-line text field with a white background that covers the existing lines on my PDF, but instead I want multiple single-line text fields that allow text to flow from one to the next. So if you fill the first line it will continue on to the next linked text box. I know this previously hasn't been possible but this would be a nice feature. Has Adobe created a solution for this yet?
