Links on Tablet don't works

Hello, I'm new here and I'm looking for help!

I have a PDF file with many pdf files attached. I'm working of creating links from a particular word of the text to an attached file. When I work on desktop, everything is fine, links work and I can ope the file in another window. If I copy my file on tablet (android - but also IOS) links disappear and I can't accede to the attached file.

What can I do?
