LiveCycle Upload Video Field (HTML Mobile Device Form)

Dear Experts,

Two questions: I was wondering it it is possible to create a HTML form with LiveCycle to have a field where the end user can insert a video.  Also, is it possible to have a Geo-location field also on the same form? (So the user can 'stamp' their location). 

I can see third party software on the web alluding to this - and wanted to know if it is possible to use JavaScript to enable this to be built.  PS I'm a novice - which is probably apparent
