Lock and hide toolbars

Hello. I want lock and hide some toolbars for example the "find" Toolbar with JavaScript. I know, how i can hide Toolbar Buttons (app.HideToolbarButton("Print") but not the whole Toolbar. Also i want to deactivate the right click in the Toolbar, the Setting should use by javascript file.
