Lock date fields in Adobe form

Hello guys

I have an order file PDF which is an interactive form. I added a hint that the processing time takes up 5 work days at least but people keep putting the deadling before those 5 days. Is it possible to get a code where file finds the current date when its opened and automatically locks the 5 next days from being picked on the date field?
