This is a very complicated task, and is dependent on the language in which you want the output to be (German, I'm assuming).

You should search the web for generic JS code that does it and then we could help you integrate it into a PDF form.

Alternatively you can hire someone to do it for you who speaks the language and is proficient in JS.
