Losing appendice links when pdf opened on PCs

Hi all,

I've created a multi page PDF that has a number of appendix links (that open other pdfs), which all work fine when opened on macs. However the links are lost when opened on PCs.

The main pdf and the linked appendix pdfs are all contained within the same folder. Software is the latest CC version.

Any suggestions?
