Losing hyperlinks in converted visio file

I'm using Acrobat Pro DC to convert a large Visio file, problem is once converted some of my hyperlinks are no longer working. Does anyone have any idea how to stop this from happening?

Is it possible you may share the source or sample visio file with us, which exhibits the behavior? I would like to reproduce the behavior in-house.

If yes, let us know the exact version of MS office/visio and Acrobat version installed. To check the Acrobat version installed. Launch Acrobat. Click on Help Menu > About Adobe Acrobat.
