Losing Track Changes when Converting Word Document to PDF

When i convert a Word Document to PDF using Acrobat XI Standard the tracked changes from word no longer show in the PDF file.

This worked for me in the past when i converted a word document with track changes enabled and the markup showing the markups would appear in the converted PDF document.

Now when i convert them only the final document is appearing?

I saw a similar question in the forum that did not seem to be resolved.
