Case Description:Acrobat hangs while printing to pdf

my phone is

Acrobat XI (SAME program SAME DISK: UPDATED) only difference is windows 8 (worked perfect fine) windows 10 (hangs or is a NON select-able pdf)

Have tried the big 3 web browser (either hangs or is NON select able pdf).

At a (banking web site) to PRINT (to MAKE a pdf: instead of print on a paper) the ADOBE software (Acrobat XI UPDATED) will hang or only make a NON select-able pdf depend which browser is used (windows 10).

In windows 8 the SAME DISK  (Acrobat XI and updated)  made a (select-able pdf to copy the data across to my spread sheet) no problem at all.

(in default browser) 

I am happy to assist any way you seek. to resolve this. (email or chat or I ring or you ring me). I can not (YET) see which forum page relates to my question. ( I have uninstalled the software and reinstall the software from the original disk with the same result). From David Lukin.) what else may I try ?
