Manually tab order fails on accessibility check

Hi.

I'm working with a tabular form on Adobe Acrobat Pro XI (Windows 10). When I correct the order manually, and then run the Accessibility Full Check, the wizard detected the new order as an accessibility error.

If I use the "Fix" option  on error Tab Order, rearranges the fields incorrectly.

In conclusion, I can’t get a document without errors of accessibility and the correct tab order.

Can someone help me?
