MD5 Hash not updating after upgrade.

Morning,

I have multiple workstations with Adobe Acrobat XI Pro installed were I updated from 11.0.1 to 11.0.17. After the update I have about three workstations that are showing up with files with the same hash that NVD listed as having a vulnerability as though they have not been updated. So my question is this a fluke due to this is only show up on only a small amount of workstations and is there a way to update the file without having to re-image the workstations?

Thanks,

Marvin

Hi ardism,

That is very strange.

  • I would suggest first to install the latest update we released today 11.0.18

Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

  • Secondly, if the issue persists, please provide us the screenshot and some sample files which exhibits the same behavior.

would like to have a look.

Regards,

Tariq Ahmad.
