Measure Area Script

Hi, i'm new to JS and can't find any examples to launch the Tool > Measure > Area command.

I'd like to add a series of buttons to my PDF that initiate the area measurement polygons, with each button starting in a new fillColor & opacity0.4

Similarly to launch the Freehand Pen drawing command with different pen colors/stroke...
