Migrate acrobat 9 to new PC failed

I need to migrate my acrobat 9 to 2 new PC. I couldn't activate it after I deactivate the old one. Please help. Thanks

Contact Adobe Customer Service. We can't really help you with activation issues.

Acrobat 9 (actually, 9.2) is compatible with Windows 7, so it should work.

Acrobat 9 (actually, 9.2) is compatible with Windows 7, so it should work.

Legend

You can't “migrate” Acrobat from one system to another by copying files or using some type of system utility. You must completely install Acrobat on the new system and then activate it.

Note that if your system is running Windows 10, Adobe is not officially supporting Acrobat 9 on that OS version. You may or may not be able to get it to work.

What I mean is I tried to deactivate the previous version on acrobat 9. Then install it into a new PC with same serial key but it can't be activated. What should I do?

You did not tell us, which OS and version you have. If you have any new OS you will have to upgrade your Adobe Acrobat to the latest version as Dov mentioned that version 9 is not supported on Windows 10 and it is not supported on Mac OS El Capitan.
