Missing extension

In attempting to prepare a document for signing using Adobe Online services, Fill & Sign service within Chrome on Android (The default Android browser is incompatible) I am unable to convert .xlsx to .pdf on android tablet and am receiving the following message:

"Could not convert

The file type of "*" is not known and therefore could not be converted to pdf

The uploaded file is missing an extension, please ensure that the uploaded file has the correct extension."

The files have the .xlsx extension and I am accessing them in One Drive but cannot convert any of them.

Any suggestions please?

Could you please let us know if you are experiencing this issue only on converting .xlsx to PDF.

Please share the exact workflow you do to convert file and share the screenshot of the error message you get.

Also share the OS version installed on your Android  tablet.
