How did you prepare your 2015 taxes?

Paid Preparer? Then that preparer should have a copy for 3 years.

Purchased tax preparation program? Then using the same vendor's program for 2016 should be able to locate the 2015 data files.

You can always request from the IRS a transcript from the IRS.
