missing images in converted documents - how to fix?

I have been converting PDF files from Survey Monkey all day.  All was going well until I got to my last survey.  About 1/3 of the graphs are not converting from the PDF file that Survey Monkey provides to a Word Document.  I've checked my Adobe Cloud account and the files I've saved onto my desktop and the same errors are contained in both places.  Am I doing something wrong? What can I do so that my PDF is fully and correctly converted to a Word Docx?  FYI - I've tried .doc and .docx - same errors.

The errors are - in about 1/3 of the bar graphs, some of the bars aren't showing up on the converted graph.  Some of the bars do show up correctly and some don't.
