I am trying to deactivate Adobe XI Pro on one computer so I can move it to another. In the 'Remove' dialogue when I click 'Deactivate' it returns to say 'Setup has been interrupted, try again later'.

How can I uninstall and move to another computer.

You can contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.

Chat support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

If this is the only machine you have had it installed on then you do not have to wait until deactivating to install and activate on a second machine.  Your license allows for having two machines with activated installations.
