My adobe acrobat worked before adobe tech gave me an update. They refuse to help - tell me i am not supported. Any ideas?

Hi mikeh70914013,

Please provide the dot version of Acrobat application and OS installed on your system.

Do you get any error message when you try to open Acrobat?

Please provide some more information.

Hi – windows 10 / adobe acrobat pro XI

When I try to print something as a pdf – it starts the process saving as a pdf but does not finish
