You can only deactivate a computer from the old computer itself. However, I don't understand how you can both get s message that the serial doesn't work and also that you didn't deactivate. What are the EXACT WORDS of the message? You originally ssid something about upgrades too. PLEASE BE EXACT, DONT SUMMARIZE.

It keeps telling me that the serial number doesn't work.  Yet I have loaded it on my computer with that serial number.  It also said that I need to "deactivate" the old computer, but I cannot find the deactivate button on my Adobe account?
