My problem is that when I click "Export to Word" all I get is the google tool bar and then "Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working"

Please let us know the workflow as in how you are trying to export to PDF ?

Try navigating to this link and check if you are able to export from here : https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf​ by logging in with your Adobe ID and password.

Also try to clear the cache and cookies from the browser and then try again .

If you doing it through Reader let us know the exact version of Reader you have and the OS version on your system?
