In February of this year I paid several hundred pounds for one of your products and now it doesn't work.

Adobe has dozens of products. It would be helpful if you could specify which one you purchased.

Also, what does "doesn't work" mean? What exactly goes wrong, and at what point (downloading, installation, activation, using the application, etc.)
