My serial number is invalid

Question

I have a legit copy of Adobe CS 4 - Web Premium. Purchased from Adobe a few years back and installed it on the current machine i am using. Its Windows 7 Pro. I used all of the software without a problem for years. For some reason, all of my adobe products quit working. I would launch and they would crash. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything and now everything works except for Acrobat Pro 9. It says my serial is invalid. I am copying it off of the back of the disc that came with the purchase.

I contacted tech support via chat and they verified that my serial number was in fact valid and told me to reinstall again, which i did. No luck. They sent me download links which i downloaded and installed. No luck. I even tried installing Pro 9 directly without the CS 4. No luck.

Key is good. Install is good. Software works. But it says the key is invalid.
