Need 64bits Reader-enabling Tools !

Question

I'm building plug-ins for Acrobat Reader on Mac, unfortunately the reader-enabling tool Sign, isa universal binary for i386 and ppc. There's no 64bits! Since I'm using macOS 10.15 the signing tool cannot be used!

Any idea where / when can I get a 64bits signing tool for mac?
