Need installer for Acrobat 9 Pro (volume license version)

I'm having almost the exact same issue as this thread (only difference is we're not trying to downgrade from X):

We have a volume license for Acrobat 9 Pro and can't find any media.  Downloaded it, got told invalid license, and then found that thread where I saw that what I'd downloaded was the retail version and I need the volume license version.  But, like on that post, when I log in I can see the license but it says no downloads available.  I saw that a staff member was able to fix the previous poster's download link, so I contacted chat hoping for the same resolution.  But the chat person just told me to post here on the forum.  😞

So is there a staff member that can help me out the way the previous person was helped?  Or anyone else who has any way of getting the volume installer?
