New Purchased software Download troubles

I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC at Office Max and I followed the directions to get my serial number, but when I go to download the software from the provided link, it gives me an error message that says the .exe file is damaged or corrupt. Any ideas? ~ John

Where do I find the serial number?  Have not received anything from ADOBE!
