Not able to create CAcroPDTextSelect object.

I want to create a text annotation on a PDF page.

For this I need to get LPDISPATCH object from GetBoundingRect.

As it comes under the Object PDFTextSelect, I need to create CAcroPDTextSelection object.

However, I am not able to create that object.

How can I create object of CAcroPDTextSelection?
