Not being allowed to convert PDF documents to Word.

I have the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition. When I try to convert a file to Word, I'm sent to the pricing webpage; when I try to buy an additional subscription on that webpage to convert files to Word, I'm told I already have that capability with my current subscription. But when I return to the document and click on the convert button I'm sent back to pricing and the whole thing repeats. What's going on?

Hi Sarah,

I guess you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC instead of Acrobat Pro DC. Please download and install Acrobat Pro DC from here: Download and install Adobe Acrobat DC
