Omit pages from a PDF?

I have to work with drawings with text in PDF format in an OCR application. I sometimes start with 27 pages and I only need 2. How can I omit all but the pages I want. I am using Acrobat Pro 2015 version. I've been using a 3rd party application in Reader, so I'm hoping to do this in acrobat pro.

Hi ,

You can extract those two pages that you require out of rest of the pages and create a separate PDF and then work on the.

Launch the PDF>Tools>Organize Pages>Extract.
