On Acrobat DC when trying to convert a PDF to Word it keeps prompting i have no internet connection although I have!

I think we can see though that, subscription or no, it says that there is no internet connection. My money is on being blocked by the firewall.

I have same problem. It was working fine until the latest update, now says I'm not connected to the internet...

This is not Acrobat DC, it's Acrobat Reader DC... The two are not the same. You can convert files with the former, not the latter, unless you have a subscription to something like Export PDF.
